1. Product and technical parameters

1.1 Product introduction

    This product is a flow meter for measuring rainwater or sewage flow in the sewer or in the pipe that is not full Trough to control the water flow from the fixed outlet.

1.1.2 The product is divided into two parts: transmitter and sensor.

1.1.2.1 All the sewer flow meters installed in the wells transmit data to the background through mobile phone traffic. Each part is connected with an IP68 waterproof connector. If any part fails, just unplug the aviation plug and replace the separate part. The battery box (optional accessory) is only used when there is no way to supply power on site. The effective use time of the battery is inversely proportional to the working time of the flowmeter, wireless transmission and the working time of the power controller.

1.1.2.2 When the transmitter can be installed outside the well, external power supply can be used, and only the sensor is inside the pipeline. It transmits data through 485 or 4-20ma.

1.2 Technical parameters

Model: HFT-FMG01LS-FJDNSY (The model will be different according to different functions)

Flow measurement instructions:

1. All equipment is IP68 protection grade, and the upper computer software displays the flow rate.

2. The host is IP66 protection level, and the host displays and outputs traffic.

Protection level: IP68

Purpose: online measurement

Flow velocity range: 0.05m/s～5.00m/s (minimum water depth: 10cm above the sensor);

Flow rate measurement resolution: 1mm/s;

Flow velocity measurement accuracy: ±2%;

Water depth measurement range: 0.03m～10.00m;

Water depth measurement accuracy: ±1.0%;

Temperature measurement range: 0～60ºC;

Temperature measurement resolution: 0.1ºC;

Temperature measurement accuracy: ±2℃

Flow measurement range: 1 liter/sec～99999999 cubic meters/hour

Power supply: battery powered, 12VDC;

Output signal (battery powered): RS485, RS232;

Wireless transmission: low-power GPRS wireless data transmission and acquisition card

Cable length between sensor and transmitter: 10 meters;

Types of tested waterways: pipes, channels, natural streams, rivers;

Liquid pH requirements: PH value is between 6 and 8, non-corrosive to the sensor.

Liquid temperature requirement: 0～50℃

Liquid pressure requirement: 1 standard atmospheric pressure in natural environment

1. The various settings of the field flowmeter can be modified remotely from the server software through the mobile phone flow transmission signal. (Currently, only mobile phone cards of China Mobile and China Unicom are supported.)

2. The location of the on-site flowmeter can be uploaded.

3. In the case of poor communication, you can save the data in this machine, up to 50,000 data, wait for the communication to be normal before uploading the data

 1.3 Standard measurement status

Use a battery-powered sewer flow meter to measure once every 20 minutes, and each measurement time is less than 1 minute. The wireless transmitter uploads data every 120 minutes (a total of 6 measurements were taken during this period.)

In this measurement state, the effective working time of the battery is 3-4 months.

1.4 Web server software and hardware requirements

The first type: the received data is within 30 points.

    1. The operating system of the server is Windows 7 32-bit or Windows 7 64-bit version.

2. If the server is the broadband of China Unicom and China Telecom, the bandwidth is above 4M, and the communication is good.

3. Server hardware requirements: CPU is Intel or AMD dual-core 2GHz or more, total memory is 4GB (1GB remaining), hard disk has at least two partitions (remaining space of each partition is more than 10GB), display is minimum 17-inch LCD (resolution 1024×768) 80Hz).

4. At the site where the flowmeter is installed, the signal of Unicom or mobile phone is good, and there is no electromagnetic interference.

 The second type: the received data is between 31-200 points.

    1. The operating system of the server is Windows 7 32-bit or Windows 7 64-bit version.

2. If the server is the broadband of China Unicom and China Telecom, the bandwidth is above 10M, the communication is good, and the network is unobstructed.

3. Server hardware requirements: CPU is Intel or AMD dual-core 3GHz or more, total memory is 4GB (remaining 2GB), hard disk has at least two partitions (the remaining space of each partition is more than 30GB), and the display is a minimum of 17-inch LCD (resolution 1024×768) 80Hz).

4. At the site where the flowmeter is installed, the signal of Unicom or mobile phone is good, and there is no electromagnetic interference.

2. Product installation

2.1 Sensor installation

Most of the sewer pipes are standard round, and a few are rectangular or trapezoidal.

In the sewer, if there is no sediment, we install the sensor in the center of the bottom of the pipe. If there is sediment, install the sensor next to the sediment. In order to prevent the water flow from impacting the installation position of the sensor, there is a base at the bottom of the sensor, which is specially used to fix it on the pipeline. At the same time, the sensor should be installed in the sewer close to the manhole, which is not only easy to install, but also conducive to maintenance and replacement.

 2.2 Installation of transmitter and battery box

The transmitter is generally made of cast aluminum housing and reaches IP68 protection level. The installation location is generally selected on the inner wall of the manhole closest to the sensor, and the distance from the manhole cover on the ground should be within 15cm. The battery box is within 40cm near the transmitter and is also fixed on the vertical manhole wall.

Four, server software

4.1 Server software function

   The server software can receive the water level, temperature, and flow rate information sent by the on-site sewer sensor, display it on the screen and save it, and at the same time can calculate the on-site flow rate from the above data.
