1. Product introduction

1.1 The municipal pipe network ultrasonic survey well liquid level gauge is a non-contact, easy to install and maintain level measuring instrument. It can meet the water level measurement requirements of most municipal pipeline network observation wells without contacting water. It is a new generation of wireless water level gauge for wells with completely independent property rights developed by our company after years of hard work.

The ultrasonic water level gauge for scouring wells was designed and developed after more than 2 years in accordance with the needs of the digital network of the city's municipal pipeline network, combined with the actual situation of the domestic municipal pipeline network's surveying well measurement.

1.2 Battery type and usage time:

Battery type: The default is a rechargeable lithium battery. If you need a disposable battery, please contact the salesperson in advance.

The battery life is measured in the following environment:

1. Working environment temperature: +15~+20℃; working environment pressure: 1 standard atmosphere; working environment humidity: ≤90%RH, non-condensing.

2. The communication is good without any interruption or the communication is smooth.

3. Do not consider the leakage and loss during sleep time caused by the internal resistance of the lithium battery.

4. When the battery starts to work, the voltage is 12.40~12.50V, and the cut-off time is when the battery voltage drops to 10.00V.

5. Do not consider leakage, short circuit, electromagnetic moisture and other non-standard working conditions.

Beyond this range, the battery working time will change. If the temperature is lower than the test condition temperature, the effective time of the battery will be reduced.

①Use battery: rechargeable lithium battery, due to internal resistance, the battery capacity is also lost during sleep.

1. Because the rechargeable lithium battery will self-discharge even if it is not used, resulting in a decrease in power.

2. If the rechargeable lithium battery is fully charged and left unused for 3 months, self-discharging will cause the power to drop by 10-20%.

3. If you use it intermittently and work for 3 months, the power will drop by 10-20% after use.

If the collection frequency increases and the number of uploads increases, the battery life will be shortened. All internal batteries are rechargeable. When replacing, you need to pay attention to unscrewing the fixing screws before you can replace them.

If the collection frequency increases and the number of uploads increases, the battery life will be shortened. Dispose of the disposable battery when the battery capacity is exhausted, and install a new one.

 

1.4 Working process

The ultrasonic scouring well level gauge is divided into three working states: normal water level state, early warning water level state, and alarm water level state. A manhole with a depth of 5 meters can be set as follows: the water level below 3 meters is the normal water level state, the start of 3.01 meters is the warning water level state, and the start of 4.01 meters is the alarm water level state.

1. Normal water level status: It is up to the user to decide how many minutes to collect once and upload once at the same time.
2. Early warning water level status: collect once within 5 minutes and upload once at the same time.
3. Alarm water level status: collect once within 1 minute and upload once at the same time.
This time can be manually modified and is not fixed. 

1.5 Mobile phone data

According to each set of level gauge, only one sensor is connected, and all equipment such as level gauge, network, server and so on are working normally. Data is uploaded once every minute to calculate, and 100*60*24*30/1024/1024= will be generated in one month. 4.119MB of traffic, but the actual GPRS data frame to the network encapsulation layer will also generate other traffic, the data size is more than 4.119MB, but it will not exceed 10MB per month.

Seven, wireless transmission and background server software

7.1.1  Basic precautions for wireless transmission

The GPRS wireless ultrasonic level gauge uses mobile phone traffic to send data to the background. Generally, mobile phone cards of China Mobile or China Unicom are used, and mobile phone cards of China Telecom are not supported temporarily. The mobile phone signal on site must be good.

 

7.1.2  Server configuration requirements:

    1. The operating system of the server is Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit, and Windows 10 32-bit or 64-bit version.

2. Server hardware requirements: CPU is Intel or AMD dual-core 2GHz or more, total memory 4GB (at least 2GB memory remaining), hard disk at least two partitions (remaining space of each partition is more than 20GB), display is a minimum of 17-inch LCD (resolution 1024 ×768 80Hz).

3. At the site installation, the mobile phone signal of China Unicom or China Mobile is good, and there is no electromagnetic interference.

4. It is strongly recommended to use Alibaba Cloud server, and the annual rent is 500-1200 yuan. There is a fixed IP address and port number, and the access is stable, and the failure rate is low.

5. If the user has his own server and a fixed IP address (regardless of Telecom, China Unicom, mobile broadband): as long as there is a bandwidth of 4M or more, and no other software occupies the bandwidth.

If the user's server does not have a fixed IP address: it requires telecommunications broadband, ADSL dial-up Internet access, bandwidth of 10M or more, installation of the paid version of domain name resolution software, the cost is 300-400 yuan per year, and the data sent back on site can also be displayed. The speed will be slower and not stable enough.

 

7.1.3 Server Software

    The server software can receive the water level information sent from the scene, display it on the screen and save it.

    The right side of the server software is the basic function menu, including starting the software, closing the software, parameter setting, exiting the software, etc.

The top menu is divided into 5 products: ultrasonic level gauge, ultrasonic level difference gauge, open channel flow meter, Doppler flow meter, radar level gauge. Choose the corresponding menu according to the actual product on site.

     Through the setting, users can use WeChat to query the received data.

After following the corresponding official account with WeChat, you can send instructions and query via WeChat:

1. Meter record query instruction: It consists of two parts, separated by a comma. The first part is the meter type identified by tp1 to tp6, which represents ultrasonic level gauge/ultrasonic liquid difference meter/open channel flowmeter/Doppler flow velocity. Meter/radar level meter/drop-in level meter; the second part is the DTU number of the board card with numbers from 1 to 100; for example, the command: tp1,1 means to query the ultrasonic level meter, DTU001 number, which is the closest to the current time Article (1-20) meter records;

2. DTU board parameter query command: the combination of dtu prefix and DTU number (1-100), for example: dtu1 means to query the board parameter record of DTU001 number.

The following is the query command "tp6,71" sent on WeChat, that is, to query the most recent record of the "drop-in level gauge" whose DTU number is "71":
